Demonstrating his prowess at the recent International Makeup Artist Trade Show (IMATS) in London, Vargas showed how to apply lace and glitter, with amazing effects. Here are his top tips of the day: A touch of glue and glitter on the same stencil adds a pretty, dual floral effect. Vargas used masking tape to get rid of any excess glitter for a polished, clean finish.Vargas recommends diluting one part 'Pros-Aid' prosthetic glue with one part water for a smooth, even finish. He placed the glue in a long plastic container with a screwtop brush for ease of application.Keep towel handy to prevent spills.
